Man, I wish I had a roofrack.... and an FJ. Haha. That looks pretty sweet. Are you guys mass producing them now? I had an air dam from Gobi that went with my stealth and I thought it was very difficult to work with. Are you making them to fit other types of racks? I know there is a market there because no matter what I did I could never seem to get the Gobi dam to work right. It seemed better when I took the thing off entirely, but eventually after weeks of tinkering I got it so it was "ok".
I am glad to see you're working on a better one. I especially like how it wraps around on the edge. That to me was the real weakness with the others I toyed with and I think that idea is brilliant. You should seriously look into designing one for the stealth (if you haven't) that also covers the holes where the lights go. I installed lights up there (without wiring them) just to cut back on the noise... but I had this great idea for an air dam that went all the way up and had cutouts for the specific Hella lights I used, but they were recessed cut-ins if that makes sense. Just sharing an idea.
I bet half the people driving with a stealth on would buy one if you came up with something better because everybody I talked to felt the same way when I sent out messages to try to get some tips on how to get it to quiet down and do its job.
